2025 Overview & Looking Ahead
The Water Well Trust (WWT) is proud to present its 5th Annual Report, showcasing another year of meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
In 2025, WWT completed 141 water well projects and 61 wastewater systems, while also wrapping up projects in western North Carolina following Hurricane Helene. These efforts invested $2,019,833 back into rural communities and supported the water well industry.
While we celebrate this progress, challenges remain. Rising costs and potential funding cuts threaten this vital work, especially as an estimated 2.2 million Americans still lack access to safe, reliable water.
This report highlights the lives changed across the country and the continued need for support to ensure safe water access for all.
